Factory Assist utilizes standardized 7-tank or 9-tank pre-treatment processes (including Zinc Phosphating for steel and Chromatising for aluminum) to ensure maximum chemical bonding. By strictly controlling the titration levels and contact times of our baths, we eliminate the primary causes of "orange peel" textures and premature peeling, ensuring your parts meet IS 13871:2021 standards from the very first layer.
Precision Curing & Thermal Consistency
The most common failure in powder coating is under-curing or over-curing, which compromises impact resistance and color consistency. Factory Assist uses conveyorized ovens with digital thermal profiling to ensure that every part reaches the specified "Peak Metal Temperature" (e.g., 180°C to 200°C) for the exact duration required. This scientific approach guarantees that the cross-linking of the polymer is complete, resulting in a finish that is highly resistant to scratches, UV degradation, and chipping.
Comprehensive Batch Validation & Traceability
We provide a data-backed assurance of quality that goes beyond a visual inspection. For every batch of job work, Factory Assist conducts a suite of standardized tests:
DFT (Dry Film Thickness) Mapping: Ensuring a uniform coating between 60–80 microns.
Adhesion Testing: Cross-cut and impact tests to verify the coating won't crack under mechanical stress.
Salt Spray Verification: Providing certified reports for corrosion resistance, essential for parts destined for coastal or humid environments.
