HEAT TREATMENT QUENCHING OILS-HOT PALQUENCH -H, HC PALQUENCH -H, HC are high quality, solventrefined, high viscosity index quenching ols, blended from highly refined base oils and selected additives for effective quenching and uniform hardening of metal components without metallurgical distortion. They have good oxidation and thermal stabilty, prevent formation of sludge, rust and corrosion and also offerlong service life. PALQUENCH-His amedium viscosity hot quenching oll recommended for the mass production of high precision, high quality products viz. automotive gears and transmission components, bearing rings ete. at an optimum bath temperature up to 120°C. PALQUENCH-HC is a high viscosity hot quenching oil for excellent control over distortions recommended for quenching operation where compounded oll is preferred at an optimum bath temperature up to 150°C.
